Golden Isles Veterans Village has reached a critical point. All homes exteriors have been constructed; roofed, sided, and weathered in. The Interior Phase is about to begin!. We need Community Support!

(It is important that Volunteer Groups register in Advance, so that ones’ talent can be fully utilized.)

Construction knowledge and skills like measuring, work with tools, lift and carry wood, doors or windows as a team, etc.
Painting inside and out
Helping to serve water, snacks, and lunch for crews
Pick up the site (small pieces of wood cuttings, etc.) as the construction continues
Take pictures to post our progress
Help with Sign In and Release Forms

Due to the extreme hot weather lately, all afternoon volunteer sessions have to be curtailed for the remainder of August.
The September schedule will be reviewed against the Sept 30-day weather outlook, and will be provided shortly.
